Meet Ian
Ian is a partner and co-founder of Triple Point Ventures. Before Triple Point, Ian spent two decades working across venture capital, infrastructure and global equity markets. He’s worked out of London, Bangkok, Hong Kong and Glasgow, and led investments into several health, environment, and fintech companies in our portfolio. In his free time, Ian enjoys wine, and trying not to lose at racquet sports.
Meet Seb
Seb co-founded Triple Point Ventures and manages our investment and portfolio teams. Seb’s led deals across many verticals, including fintech, healthcare and vertical SaaS. He is the co-founder of B2B SaaS business Further (joinfurther.com) and began his career in Allen & Overy’s corporate M&A team. Outside of work, Seb runs go-karting championship Formula VC and, when he’s not looking after his two kids, he likes to video game.
Meet Claire
Claire chairs our investment committee and internal portfolio monitoring group. She was previously managing partner of Triple Point and is also currently a non-executive director of the Green Angel Syndicate, an impact-focused angel network.
Meet Justin
Justin is our General Counsel. After leaving private practice, he was general counsel for large venture-backed businesses including Betfair (in the team that led it to IPO), Wonga and Property Partner. He has over 30 years’ experience as a lawyer and is qualified in both New Zealand and the UK. In his downtime, Justin is a keen cyclist, skier and scuba diver, with an interest in online gaming.
Meet Chris
Chris has an operational background, having previously set up two companies and managed a European region for a luxury goods company. Before joining Triple Point, he was advising early-stage companies and entrepreneurs on business plans, operations and fund-raising. In his free time, Chris is a chauffeur to his two young children.
Meet Jamie
Jamie focuses on early-stage investments, with a particular focus on verticalised solutions, data and AI. He previously worked in Barclays’ Biotech & Healthcare Investment Banking team. When not training for his next endurance event, outside of work Jamie runs the London Chapter of the non-profit Bits in Bio.
Meet Manuel
Manuel focuses on early-stage investments, with a focus on energy tech and healthcare. An entrepreneur at heart, he built a surfing business at uni and launched several tech MVPs. He was previously an impact venture capital investor, investing in businesses addressing environmental or social problems, and was part of Bloomberg’s software sales team before that. Outside of work, when he is not trying to find some surfing nearby, he is at his sailing club, where he is a keen committee member.
Meet Ethan
Ethan heads up Triple Point’s portfolio operations, keeping track of all portfolio company progress while developing our platform offering for founders. He also leads our reporting to internal monitoring groups and investors on a quarterly basis. In his free time, Ethan can usually be found on the golf course.
Meet Freddie
Freddie focuses on portfolio monitoring and reporting as part of our portfolio team. After graduating from the University of Edinburgh, he worked at a start-up focused on decarbonisation. Outside of the office, Freddie devotes his time to watching Chelsea lose, home and away.
